The Bay Area STEM Ecosystem Steering Committee is a rotating group of organizations that provide core leadership for the collaborative. The group:
Provides guidance for the Ecosystem, including direction and desired outcomes and goals.
Provides oversight to ensure fidelity to needs across the region and stakeholder organizations.
Represents the diversity of Ecosystem members including different types, sizes, and leadership levels.
Represents the Bay Area at National Community of Practice meetings.
This group includes: Children Now, the California STEM Network, California Academy of Sciences, the City of South San Francisco Community Learning Center, Broadcom Foundation, Genentech, the South San Francisco Unified School District, SSFHS Padres en Acción, and STEM Next Opportunity Fund.
